In 2003 Orange Coast Unitarian Universalist Church (OCUUC) celebrated its 50th anniversary. OCUUC is one of more than 1,050 member congregations in the Boston-based Unitarian Universalist denomination, a liberal, creedless religion with Judeo-Christian roots. Unitarian Universalism traces its history in North America to the first Pilgrim and Puritan settlers and has numbered among its members five U.S. presidents. Other notable Unitarians include Ralph Waldo Emerson, Albert Schweitzer and Louisa May Alcott. We invite you to find out more about our denomination and our heritage.
